Saturn Stations Retrograde
From the soles of my feet, roots grow down into the Earth and wrap around Her lava core. The fire from the core snakes back up the roots and ignites my heart, filling me with warmth and illumination. From this heat, a white bubble of light surrounds my entire body, stretching roughly six feet out in all directions. The roots ground me to Earth so I don’t lose myself as I astral travel to you. The bubble protects me from energies not in alignment, and helps me receive information from forces outside of myself.
More roots then climb up my body. Wrapping around my thighs and belly, and gently cupping my breasts. Completely fortified, the roots grow and grow until they breach the atmosphere and carry me into outer space. Here, I step outside of my bubble and cross what is usually a rainbow bridge to my Higher Self waiting for me on the other side. She has prepared a carriage for me made of light that I carefully sit down in. Locked in, my Higher Self carries me (or sometimes rocket launches me) to wherever you and the purpose of our meeting exists. Another planet, a void, some random energy field. I find you and observe you. I take note and as I do I merge with the sky from the moment of your birth.
I invite you to merge your bubble with mine so we can both become one with your birth sky. It is here we commune with our ancestors and guides under the stars of your birth. It is here we let the infinite time and space heal us, nourish us, rejuvenate us, rebirth us. We receive the downloads. You now look how I always knew you would look. Lighter, clearer, happier. We untangle from one another and your sky. My higher self returns me to my bubble tangled in roots. The roots lower me back down to Earth.
This place is real. And it’s where I’ve been going to give my readings lately.
Deeply accepting this truth has triggered a change in how I give astrology readings. We’re getting more psychic. We’re getting more clairvoyant. We’re allowing the Higher Self and Subconscious to speak first. We’re using the math to confirm and refine what they said. We’re looking through our Third eye before the chart’s eye. It’s not just an astrology reading anymore. It’s an ASTRALogy reading.
Why have I changed them to be this way?
Because it’s how our ancestors used to read. It’s how they still read. Diving with their own energy first. Checking in with their field, relying on their senses. Then they would connect with the Earth. Understand Its vibrations and tones. Investigate Her with shells, bones, stones. And then, finally then, they would look up. They would ask and receive from the heavens we call planets. Because even our ancestors understood that to ask the cosmos before the Earth, and to ask the Earth before our body made no sense. Who should we ever be more eager to hear from than ourselves?
Saturn stations retrograde at 7° Sidereal Pisces on July 12 2025. Hold sacred all the emotions, images, senses, and ideas that come to you. Accepting and acknowledging that everything, even a thought or a feeling has a spirit is the first step to liberation. Everything has an energetic footprint and higher purpose. Saturn’s retrograde wants to save us from the materialist paradigm that doesn’t believe our ancestors could sense rain just by tasting the air, see future drought in a cowrie shell divination, know an unborn child’s path in a trance. They would say my meeting place in the stars is fake because I “imagined” it.
Saturn will retrograde through my 10th house. I’ve seen this really showing up for me in my work as an astrologer and how I approach it. I’m learning to, as my teacher Qiddist says, “follow the pulse of aliveness” and only create offerings and give readings that light me up! I’m paying attention to when I’m feeling uninspired and I’m not forcing myself to push through boredom because I “have to.” I’m trusting that my feelings about my business are actually real messages from Spirit about what is in alignment with me and what isn't. I’m not gaslighting myself into believing that lacking inspiration means I’m lazy. It actually just means I need to pivot. And so that’s exactly what I did with changing my reading structure. And the results have been PROFOUND!
With this new structure, benevolent ancestors communicate directly to the client during the reading. Clients leave feeling clearer, more purposeful, and at ease! The visualization exercises open space for the Higher Self to guide us to the exact place in the chart we need to look at! Both the client and I deeply appreciate being able to share the things we saw with one another. Very often we find that we saw or felt the same things.
