Saturn Enters Pisces (along with a solar eclipse)

The spiritual is the material.

Saturn enters Pisces on March 29 and will be there until June 2 2027. Then it will return to Pisces one more time from October 20 2027 - February 23 2028.

Saturn’s main job is to bring things down from the metaphysical realm to the physical realm. It does this through extending the amount of time things take, forcing us to regularly work hard, and putting delays and roadblocks in our path to strengthen and fortify us for what we are manifesting. Transiting through Pisces, Saturn is here to help us make our psychic and intuitive abilities real and tangible.

Saturn is the planet that rules over reality - as in what we (society) all agree on as being real and not real. Of course, this consensus varies greatly across cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. Saturn in Pisces is about us learning to accept that the spiritual is the material. The metaphysical is real. The psychic senses are all of our senses.

Pisces provides us with keen intuitive knowledge specifically in situations where the truth is not being explicitly made clear to us. Maybe it’s a family secret, or a friend shamefully trying to hide their true feelings. Regardless, Pisces knows when something is up and uses their body, emotions, feelings, dreams, and instinct to determine the truth.

As with all mutable signs, Pisces main task is discerning the truth and learning to trust themselves even when being gaslit and lied to. The next three years are a time where we will become very familiar with what it looks and feels like for someone to not tell us the entire truth. We build a relationship with how the truth feels in our bodies. This is also a time where we will confront the spiritual purpose of the reality we have all incarnated into. Questions like “Why are we here?” and “What are we to do while we are here?” are eager to be answered.

If your natal Saturn is in Pisces, then congrats on beginning your Saturn return! Your spiritual initiation into adulthood or elderhood will require you to accept your true psychic powers and intuitive abilities, and make peace with secrets that have been kept from you. For all of us, it may have been easy to ignore our intuition and feelings up until this point. But by the end of Saturn’s transit through Pisces, we will no longer be able to do that.

Venus and Mercury retrograde through Pisces this spring have already begun to prepare us for this moment. And of course, Saturn’s entrance into Pisces is joined by a solar eclipse there as well! The end of March is a time for dramatic endings and explosive revelations about our spirituality.
